Company information
FleetView separates each company’s operational information. Access is based on authenticated company membership and role.
Driver information
Driver records support assignments, vehicle checks, reports, acknowledgements and audit history. Removing access does not erase operational history that a company is required to retain.
Paperwork and AI
Uploaded vehicle paperwork is private. Automated reading produces suggestions for a person to confirm; suggestions are not automatically treated as operational facts.
Your rights
Applicable data-protection rights and company retention obligations will be documented in the final service agreement and privacy notice.
